Our Goofy Girl

 Peek a boo!
Mommy cannot get the text to appear above the first picture, so she will write it here. With each passing day, Rylee gets more and more hilarious. And downright goofy. Here are a few of her recent antics.

Scout needed to go potty. Duh.

Have I mentioned she now knows how to climb on to the couch now? Sometimes, this is how she sits.

 "How do these look, Mommy?"

When the phone rings, this is what she does, and she says "Dada?"

 Dinnertime giggles

When I told her that wasn't what this was for, she rolled her eyes.

I swear I did not pose her.

 Good morning!

 Flashdance?

She likes to look at Daddy's picture while dancing to this musical card he sent her.... and make this face....
 Licking the plate clean?

Headstands. Seriously.

Splish Splash

To close out the hot summer season, Rylee went on a date to the zoo with her boyfriends (two younger men!), the Twintas, chaperoned by Mommy and Auntie Genny. This was her first trip to the zoo and she thought it was pretty cool. The best part? No, not the monkeys, the lions, the tigers, or the bears. The splash park. I have a feeling we'll be going back.
"Hooray, splash park!"
"Hi, Mr. Polar Bear!"
"How do they do that??"
"I will put an end to this!"
"It got me, Mommy!"
Lots of oohs and ahhs
"Can we get one of these at home, Mom?"
Running full speed into the fountain

I Get By with a Little Help from My Bros...

Rylee is very lucky to have two big brothers who just love her to pieces and always want to be there to help her out, play with her, give her a hand, whatever she needs. Mommy hopes they always always love each other as much as they do right now. Here are some snippets of a recent day at the park with all three kiddos. Stairs are much easier with (two) helping hands
Racing down the slides
A bridge over troubled water
Peek a boo!
"Higher BB, higher!"
Aidan's turn to push.
She looks a little worried...
She always "asks for help" when going over curbs or other things she thinks she can't walk over alone.
YEA for brothers!! :-)

Over the River and Through the Woods...

It isn't every day we get to go to Grandma and Grandpa's house. And it isn't every day that we get to hang out with our Charleston cousins, Avery and Mason. So, this recent trip to Grandma's was very exciting for us. "Forget this waiting for a plane stuff, Daddy, let's just walk to Grandma's."
Learning how to drum courtesy of cousin Avery (and Elmo)
Grandma and Grandpa's pool was a little cold for our taste, but they had beach balls!
The porch looked like it could use mowing...
How to be a Big Kid by Avery Miller. The babies are taking notes.
Music provided by Rylee and Mason. Dancing by Avery.
Mass chaos in Grandma's kitchen
This whole french fry was no match for Rylee
Rylee wears her dancing shoes wherever she goes
It is hard to get a candid shot of these two... Mason is too cute; he always looks up and gives you a big grin.
Doing some grocery shopping after church
She finally let Grandma squeeze her!
Taking off in our PJs
Landing (zzzzzzzzzzzz) in our PJs
The trip was so exciting, Rylee needed a vacation to recover from her vacation.
